Raj Apte
manages PARC's Prototype Devices and Circuits team, developing materials, fabrication, circuits, and systems using a-Si, p-Si, and novel inorganic semiconductors. Raj holds 37 patents and has published 76 papers on topics including semiconductor lasers, micromachined displays, x-ray imaging, a-Si and p-Si circuits and systems, and printed organic electronics.
