Our interns have the opportunity to:

  • work with leading researchers in the physical, computer, biological, and social sciences;
  • engage in different stages of the research or business-development pipeline;
  • participate in lab meetings, presentations, poster sessions, and special programs; and
  • author publications and/or patents.

We invite highly qualified graduate, undergraduate, and MBA students to apply. We draw from a variety of fields spanning the physical, computer, biological, and social sciences.

You will need to provide: contact information, resume which includes education history, work history, professional interests, skills and an optional cover letter. 


All internships are paid.

international students

There are no residency requirements, so international students are welcome to apply.


Internships last a minimum of 12 weeks, but the specific dates (summer, fall) and lengths vary.


All internships take place on site in Palo Alto, CA or Webster, NY.


We provide roundtrip transportation and limited relocation assistance, though students are responsible for finding their own housing.


Students are responsible for finding ongoing transportation. Many of our employees find the area and climate to be bicycle friendly, and PARC has an award-winning Alternative Transportation incentive program.
