John Pauksta
Vice President, Finance and Human Resources & Corporate Treasurer, Palo Alto Research Center (PARC)

John Pauksta directs PARC's finance, human resource, and other related activities. He previously supported a number of Xerox units, including Xerox Technology Enterprises, Xerox Venture Lab, Digital Imaging Technology Center, DocuShare Business Unit, Personal Products/ Workgroup Products, and Xerox International Partners.

Before joining Xerox in 1995, Pauksta spent a decade at Apple Computer. He held positions there as World-wide Operations Manager, Controller of the Education Division, Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Accounting Manager. Pauksta also held controller positions with subsidiaries of WR Grace, GD Searle Pharmaceuticals, and Beatrice Foods.

Pauksta earned a B.S. degree with honors in Management and Finance from DePaul University in Chicago, and an MBA with honors from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
