Kelly Coupe
Director of Strategic Initiatives

Kelly Coupe drives efforts in crafting and executing strategy, navigating change as it is translated into practice. She brings experience in strategic planning and execution, forecasting and risk management, as well as expertise in strategy consulting, account management, and P&L responsibilities.

Prior to joining PARC, Kelly managed strategic initiatives for firms ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to technology startups. She managed merger and integration efforts with one of the largest financial services firms in the U.S.; led the development and launch of the world's largest healthcare informatics data warehouse for a leading healthcare company (winning the Chairman's Award for Excellence); and founded a corporate social responsibility practice that serves the Fortune 100. 

Earlier in her career, Kelly pioneered strategy models for top five global investment companies, healthcare and financial services firms, top 25 international law firms, and young startups. She has published on emerging technologies such as quantum cryptography.

Kelly holds a master’s degree from Northwestern University -- a hybrid degree combining principles from the Kellogg School of Management with the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science. Her postgraduate work was completed at the University of California, Berkeley.
