Vice President, Public Sector Operations
Rob McHenry is Vice President of Public Sector Operations, leading the integrated operations of all government-related activities across PARC with a focus on strategy and government business growth. He oversees internal operations for public sector business capture and project execution, external activities to support PARC’s relationships with both public sector decision makers and strategic teaming partners, and the technical alignment of PARC’s focus areas with public sector needs and opportunities.
Rob joined PARC as the Energy Technology Program Manager and managed the development, execution, and strategy of its energy portfolio. Prior to PARC, he was a program manager at the DARPA Tactical Technology Office, where he led large-scale advanced technology system development and demonstration programs. Rob also led a technology management consultancy that architected and applied systematic technology development methodologies in both the public and private sectors.
Rob holds degrees from the U.S. Naval Academy in (B.S.) Marine Engineering, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in (M.S.) Nuclear Engineering. He began his career as a nuclear submarine officer in the U.S. Navy.
