about PARC forum

description

Business has long been built upon the concept of control. Yet social technologies are popping up every day to disrupt this idea and demand a new practice of openness. This phenomenon is changing everything from how we communicate -- both internally and externally with customers, partners, suppliers -- to how we collaborate and co-create products.

The question is: How can you be open and be in command? Charlene Li lays out a new approach that today’s leaders and organizations must adopt for competitive advantage.

presenter(s)
