Conferences & Talks
IEEE/Photonics Society Winter Topicals 2011
10 January 2011 - 12 January 2011
Keystone, Colorado
description
We have demonstrated, prototyped, and benchmarked a compact, low-cost, high-performance microfluidic-based flowcytometer for point-of-care diagnostics. The instrument revealing a detection limit <500 MEPE has been demonstrated with absolute CD4 and CD4% counts in whole blood.
