Opto-fluidic Detection System Enabling Sophisticated Point-of-care Diagnostics
Conferences & Talks

description

We have demonstrated, prototyped, and benchmarked a compact, low-cost, high-performance microfluidic-based flow cytometry for point-of-care diagnostics. The instrument revealing a detection limit <500 MEPE has been demonstrated with absolute CD4 and CD4% counts in whole blood.
