description

New technology is needed to address the threat of a global fresh water shortage and PARC’s hydrodynamic separation (HDS) technology can help.

PARC’s HDS technology has many benefits, such as reduction in clarification time, energy usage, and capital expenditures, as well as a scalable architecture and low maintenance requirements. PARC has built prototypes that leverage multiple hydrodynamic forces to separate particles, including neutrally buoyant ones, in a fluidic stream. Moreover, PARC has conducted experiments showing the technology’s potential in multiple applications: wastewater; process and produced waters; and separation of organic materials, such as algae, from water.

Visit PARC at booth 8901 in Kentia Hall to see a live demo and learn more.
