description

Mike Kuniavsky of the Innovation Services team at PARC will present at the GigaOM Internet of Things Meetup. RSVP and registration is required.

The IOT (Internet Of Things) space is booming with a smilar excitement and buzz as the web created in Silicon Valley in 1994. Designers, entrepreneurs, hardware hackers and investors of all shapes and sizes are welcomed to the GigaOM offices to spark debate, query, discussion and new startups! Hear three great speakers and then spend time networking and sharing ideas about the intersection between the web and hardware.

The aim of this regular meetup will be to connect people and bring ideas - the [precursor] for the next wave of innovation, investment and entrepreneurship in this new field.

The meetup will take a strong focus on design, business model, and enabling technologies for the ecosystem of Silicon Valley and San Francisco. GigaOM welcomes all from the tech eco-system - their  mission is to be open, inclusive, and nurturing in this developing new area.
