PARC Forums are currently only available as streaming video (.wmv format) or audio podcasts (.mp3 format).
If you are experiencing trouble, here are some tips that may help:
Disenable your popup blocker, since streaming video clips on PARC's site open in a new window.
Use a broadband connection such as DSL, Cable, T1, T3. Since PARC video streams are designed to work best with these, a dial-up connection may not work as well.
If you are behind a firewall with certain access ports blocked, you may not be able to receive certain types of streaming media content from outside your company network.
Use the latest version of your preferred media player. Windows users will need Windows Media Player (already bundled with all Windows versions or available for free download). Mac users will need to install Windows Media Player for Macintosh (available for free download).
Try connecting using a different web browser, machine, or Internet connection. Also try accessing Windows Media files on other websites; if the issue persists, it's probably something with your configuration.
Use the latest available version of the operating system your computer is running. Make sure your system is up-to-date with manufacturer software updates.
