Visiting Technologist, Low Concentration PV (1-2 year term)

The Palo Alto Research Center (PARC)  is seeking a visiting technologist for a 1-2 year term position working on concentrator photovoltaics. The candidate would work independently and with other team members to develop prototypes for low concentration photovoltaic systems and help in the transfer to manufacturability.  The position requires at least 10 years experience with photovoltaic systems. Relevant expertise includes:  experience with concentrator photovoltaics, PV cell stringing and module assembly, eesign and control of solar tracking systems, system design for manufacturability, installation of commercial and utility scale PV systems, PV system assembly, materials testing for PV applications and PV cell and module testing.
