Beyond the university: teaching ethnographic methods in the corporation

This brief article discusses some of our experiences in teaching ethnographic methods to our business partners. It focuses especially on the fact that it is easy to teach and learn ethnographic techniques but difficult to teach and learn analysis. Some suggestions for overcoming this difficulty are provided.
