Natural and implicit information seeking cues in responsive technology

Humans move and devise optimal strategies to maximally seek information they desire. This premise is the guiding framework we adopt to investigate how to design eff ective information technologies to enhance the shopping experience in retail stores. We discuss our approach which is an implicit interaction paradigm that interprets natural behavioral cues and present a case study of a prototype system we developed called the Responsive Mirror(TM).
