Inkjet-patterned, organic complementary circuits integrated with polymer mechanical sensors
- Invited paper in ECS Transactions
Complementary inverters were fabricated by inkjet patterning of organic thin-film transistors, with typical carrier mobility of ~0.01-0.05 cm2/Vs for both types of semiconductors in top-gate configuration. The inverters showed a typical gain of -8 with VDD at 10 V, and polymeric accelerometers were integrated with the inverters to demonstrate sensor signal amplification.
