Jeng Ping Lu
JengPing Lu is a PARC Principal Scientist working on a wide range of non-conventional electronics, especially in Thin Film Transistor electronics and micro assembler technology. This includes: Excimer Laser Annealing, process, device, circuit and system, large-area flat panel imager for X-ray imaging, MEMS and RF MEMS, displays on flexible substrates, Xerographic micro-chip printer, bio agent concentration device, large-area ultrasonic imaging device and biometric identification device. His work and experience span across semiconductor process development and mask layout, electronic circuit and system design. Prior to joining PARC, he was a low-temperature physicist studying ballistic and quantum transport phenomenon in low-dimensional carrier systems. Dr. Lu received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University. He holds more than 50 patents.
