PARC sponsors many activities supporting the advancement of women, such the Anita Borg Institute for Women (initially housed at PARC) and Technology/Women of Vision Awards; the SV Forum Tech Women SIG, and Women’s MBA Connect. Many of our women employees also participate in monthly networking lunches.

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xerox Corporation, PARC also benefits from many of the Xerox diversity initiatives such as the Xerox Innovation Group Women’s Council (XIG WC), a coalition of technical women from each of five global research centers.
