Adrien Pierre

Adrien Pierre's research interests are in solution-processed semiconductors for optoelectronic applications. He is also currently working on applications in large-area biosensors and thin film transistor analog circuits.

He previously investigated device fabrication using conventional and novel high-throughput printing techniques optimized for thick and thin films. Using printing, he has created and published on arrays of thin film transistors, photodiodes and phototransistors fabricated without the use of photolithography.

Dr. Pierre holds a Ph.D. and B.E. in electrical engineering from UC Berkeley and McGill University, respectively.
