Contextual Intelligence and the Networked Vehicle
Today's burgeoning interactive vehicle features will be the standards of tomorrow, and the auto industry has now reached the tipping point for in-vehicle contextual intelligence (CI).
In this presentation, Jatinder Singh will explore PARC's leading-edge advancements of CI for V2I and how years of personality research – such as behavior in games and more – and established libraries of algorithms as a result now translate to a sophisticated platform for CI in vehicles. He will also detail new predictive technology that takes all streams of information, including texts, emails, tweets, Facebook statuses, and more, and seamlessly prioritizes the messages drivers need brought to the forefront, while keeping safety in mind. Finally, Jatinder will discuss next steps and what collectively R&D, auto companies, and auto technologists must do now to collaborate for new implementations and also create the future of CI for V2I.
Following Jatinder's presentation, he will participate in a panel with the morning speakers to dive deeper into the conversation and questions from the audience.
