Fluidic Self-Assembly of Micro-Electronics

This talk will introduce the topic of fluidic self-assembly and review some broad areas of application. Advantages and disadvantages of the techniques will be discussed when the technique is applied to microelectronics. The talk will conclude with a short introduction to the use of this technology in the high volume, low cost manufacturing of radio frequency identification tags (RFID).
