The Future of Work: Human-Machine Collaboration
Artificial intelligence and other digital technologies have transformed numerous industries. Consumers, constituents, and employees now expect natively digital experiences that are on-demand, personalized, and real-time. To meet these expectations, governments and businesses need to adopt new automation technologies, but contrary to popular opinion, computers will not replace people. Instead, people and computers will collaborate as teams.
In this session, Tolga Kurtoglu, CEO of PARC, a Xerox company, will talk about recent advancements in artificial intelligence and human-machine collaboration, and share a vision of how the workplace of the future will be transformed by intelligent systems and assistants that will help us become more productive and deliver better constituent services.
