Dr. Gerda Endemann is a biomedical researcher and a nutrition consultant in the San Francisco Bay Area. She holds a B.S. in Nutrition from the University of California at Berkeley and a Ph.D. in Nutritional Biochemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. For more than 20 years, she conducted basic research on heart disease, cancer, and fat nutrition and metabolism, in academic laboratories and in the biotechnology industry.
